Yoga with Greg
One of the best ways to stay physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually balanced is through the practice of yoga. Unbenounced to us, our lives becomes ever more busy; with little to no space for us to take a step back and just breathe. Yoga affords us the time, space and ‘permission’ to stop, and return back to our own center where we find strength, courage and presence.
Meditation helps to relieve stress and to establish peace, calm in our lives. It brings us into the here and now, enriching and energizing our daily lives. Ultimately it supports and speeds the unfolding of the full human potential.
Meditation is an ancient tradition that has benefited many people for at least 2500 years. Greg teaches in a practical way that makes sense in a busy urban lifestyle. For this reason a variety of meditation techniques from both Eastern and Western traditions are taught.
